Pre-Orders

Thanks for considering the pre-order option to reserve your box. There are a few things we want to make sure you are aware of when doing a pre-order.

  1. Money will be collected immediately to hold the product. This is so we can increase our order size to the needed amount with our manufacturer.
  2. We have a relatively quick turnaround time with our manufacturer. As such you can expected that from pre-order to have it on it's way within 3-4 weeks
  3. We are more than happy to refund a pre-order if you change your mind. Simply reach out to us with your order number and name.
